  Awful service. the manager is particularly rude, unhelpful and confrontational. She also seems to try and intimidate not only staff but customers and doesnt seem to like it when customers stand up for themselves. Thirsk is a town made up of elderly people and maybe because she can get away with treating them like this, she thinks that she can do the same to younger customers. I certainly wouldnt shop here againa and highly rcommend Towlers at the bottoem of the sqare for an all round better shopping experience.
